Software development expertise flows in two streams: technology and methodology, both of which have been growing fast. The technology stream has been under the spotlight a lot. New languages, frameworks and tools always get the hype. I will show the history of the other stream, methodologies and principles of software development.

More than 15 years in the IT industry. Started as an enterprise Java developer. Had a lot to do with system infrastructure and performance optimization on a large scale. Moved to managing teams and projects in developing IT solutions.
