Open Source is everywhere, no matter where you look. It's on your personal computer, your mobile device, your car, maybe even on your fridge! Open Source has become a viable solution for many individuals and organizations, however not everyone will "get it" from the start. Open Source projects work best when a community is built around it. There are certain etiquette guidelines to follow from team to team. Tools have appeared to make it easier to build such communities; it so happens that many of those tools are open source too, adding more goodness into the feedback loop.
